PAST/BIO: Snyder trained to be a cop first in the LAPD, but eventually moved to NYC to be near family. After ten years of serving there, he's been transferred to Seattle as the new city Police Cheif because of his experience and great police reputation. He doesn't, however, realize that all of the supernatural things that are going on since the portal opened in LA are real. In denial that there is a dark world he knows nothing about and thus wasn't able to protect the public with, Snyder continues to try to be a normal policeman.
